At the time of changing active voice into passive voice, subject and object are interchanged. Helping verbs ‘do’/ ‘does’ are respectively replaced with ‘is’/ ‘am’/ ‘are’. Using 3rd form of verb, Subject follows ‘by’.

Active voice : Subject + 1st form of Verb (s,
es) + object. Passive voice: Object + is/am/are +3rd
form of verb + by + Subject. |

b. Active voice :
She helps the poor.

2. Negative:
Active voice : Subject + do/does
+ not + 1st form of Verb + object. Passive voice: Object + is/am/are + not + 3rd

b. Active voice :
They do not fly kites.
